A well-established and innovative global leader in food processing equipment is recruiting for a Field Service Technician to join their high-energy service team.What You'll Do:Travel across the assigned U.S. territory (85% travel required) to install, maintain, and repair advanced food processing machinery.Support customers in the meat, dairy, bakery, pet food, seafood, and poultry sectors.Troubleshoot and repair complex systems including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic controls.Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and technical teams to deliver best-in-class service.Provide technical documentation and maintain accurate maintenance records.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional support and expertise.What We're Looking For:2+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical repair.High School diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.Solid understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control systems, and industrial machinery.Strong communication, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible scheduling, including some weekends.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.Nice to Have:Experience with AC/DC servo drives, schematics, and technical manuals.Prior field service experience in industrial or food processing environments.What's In It for You:Competitive compensation packageHands-on training with cutting-edge equipmentSupportive, dynamic, and growth-oriented work cultureOpportunities for technical and professional development
