We're dedicated to flavoring life's journey, and now we're hiring a team to help people do that in the Garden State.We're a fast-growing and fast-moving company looking to hire a Fulfillment and Logistics Manager to join our team.Day-to-day activities:Maintain accurate records of our entire production and fulfillment process, tracking, auditing, and validating inventory counts of finished goods and work-in-progress.Serve as the primary owner of the company's manufacturing resource planning and inventory management systems.Develop and oversee a fulfillment and logistics strategy to rapidly deliver products to customer throughout New Jersey.Continuously monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and minimize product returns.Act as the "glue" between production, sales, marketing and finance, to ensure seamless delivery and customer service.Develop and implement procedures to facilitate efficient fulfillment and logistics operations.Assist with oversight of compliance with New Jersey regulatory requirements.Assist the General Manager with execution of the company's strategy.QualificationsYou'll be a good candidate if you have:3-5 years' experience in inventory management, logistics or fulfillment for a consumer products or related company.Experience using, configuring and managing ERP / MRP systems and seed-to-sale tracking systems (familiarity with Metrc & Wherefour a plus).Excellent attention to detail.Strong analytical skills.Fluency in Excel, Google Sheets and related digital tools.Ability to manage numerous projects at one time.Ability to analyze data for strategic decision-making and process improvements.Experience creating schedules for product delivery.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlines.Compensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, with a starting salary pay range from $65,000- $75,000. Benefits include paid parental leave, vacation time, 10 paid holidays (including 4/20), health, dental, vision, 401k, flexible spending accounts, company paid life insurance, and company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance.
