We're looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Training to lead the development and execution of mission-critical training programs for our flight and technical teams.What You'll Do:Design and Deliver Training ProgramsBuild and oversee robust training initiatives"”both live and digital"”for all mission support personnel.Lead and Mentor Training TeamsAssemble and guide a team of master trainers to ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with engineering, operations, and safety teams to align training with mission requirements.Ensure Compliance and ExcellenceMaintain accurate training records and certifications, ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met.Measure and ImproveUse data and feedback to continuously refine training programs and drive operational excellence.Drive Simulation-Based TrainingDevelop training sim requirements and operational scenarios, and support simulation system upkeep.Support Real-Time MissionsContribute directly to on-console operations for high-altitude flights, putting your training into action.
