Pay Rate (PR): $50-$55hr on W2 (Weekly)Job Description:A Sr. Construction Manager oversees all technical aspects of telecom equipment deployment and ASP management at assigned job sites or venues.Key Responsibilities:Project & Site Oversight:Ensure site appropriateness for deploymentRecommend/select suppliersValidate scope items with RF teams and suppliersManage equipment/material distribution & site accessPlan/schedule construction, monitor progress/milestonesProject Management:Revise/update schedulesRepresent Ericsson during venue/customer inspections and reviewsConduct site auditsEnsure build completion meets Ericsson/customer standardsEvaluate punch list items and construction acceptanceTeam Collaboration:Coordinate with Customer Project ManagersDelegate administrative tasks to support orgsPartner with Senior & Remote Construction ManagersTools & Resources:iBwaveAnritsu & OTDR testingMicrosoft Office SuiteSite Tracker / Ericsson data toolsClose-out Package ChecklistEHS and industry standardsQualifications & Experience:7+ years in telecom/construction managementDegree preferredMCA Small Cell RAN systems (DOT, PDAS, ODAS)Site design consultation and feasibility analysisExperience in both small and large venuesContract negotiation knowledge (leasing, customer/vendor facing)OSHA 30-hour course completionPrior Ericsson portfolio experience is a plus
