The ideal candidate will oversee high-end residential projects ranging from $5 million to $15 million, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction throughout the construction process.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of luxury residential construction projects from inception to completionCoordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project executionDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocationsConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality standardsImplement and enforce safety protocols on job sitesCommunicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updatesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5-10 years of experience managing high-end residential construction projectsProven track record of successfully completing luxury homes valued between $5 million and $15 millionStrong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permit processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software and MS Office suiteRequired ExperienceAt least one completed luxury residential project over 6,000 sq ft, managed from start to finishDemonstrated ability to manage multiple high-end single-family home projects simultaneouslyPreferred SkillsLEED certification or experience with sustainable building practicesFamiliarity with smart home technologies and high-end finishesKnowledge of coastal construction requirements specific to South FloridaInterested in hearing more?
