If so, we are looking for a Consulting Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support while working closely with our consulting team. This role requires a deep understanding of contract and grant administration, calendar management, and expense tracking. You will also need strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, and experience with Outlook calendaring. A background in law is highly desirable as you will be dealing with legal documents and contracts. If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, we would love to hear from you.Requirements:5+ years supporting C-Suite executives as an Admin OfficerThorough knowledge of University rules and regulations, processes, protocols and procedures for budget, accounting and fund management, and / or personnel managementKnowledge of a variety of administrative operational activities such as event planning, basic fundraising processes, risk management planning, website design, accounting and payroll, and contracts and grants regulations and guidelines.Solid knowledge of common University-specific computer application programs.Strong skills in short-term planning, analysis, problem-solving, and customer service.Thorough knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques, and / or human resources policies and procedures for staff and academic employees.Strong project management, calendar management, office suites, teams, understand lean principles.We are looking for candidates with strong University experience supporting C-level executives with contracts and grants experience as well.Responsibilities:As a Consulting Administrative Officer, your duties will include but are not limited to:1. Providing administrative support to our consulting team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.2. Managing and tracking contracts and grants, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.3. Handling expense reports, including reviewing, processing, and reconciling expenses.4. Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and contracts, ensuring all are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.5. Utilizing MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, to create detailed reports and presentations.6. Utilizing Outlook for efficient calendar management, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled and rescheduled as necessary.7. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Qualifications:To be considered for this role, you must have:1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration, preferably within the healthcare industry.2. Proven experience with contract and grant management.3. Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for details.4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.5. Experience with Outlook calendaring and expense tracking.6. Knowledge of law, preferably with experience in handling legal documents and contracts.7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.10.
