It"s the ideal role for RNs seeking clinical autonomy, connection with patients, and a supportive team structure.Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care, support, and education to patients and familiesCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality careConduct four patient visits per day (Monday–Friday), followed by remote charting and callsParticipate in a rotating weekend schedule (1 weekend/month)Requirements:Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) licenseExperience in hospice, palliative care, oncology, infusion, or Med Surg/ICU/CCUExcellent time management, communication, and clinical assessment skillsComfort working independently in the fieldInterested in hearing more?
