We're searching for a visionary Social Media Director/Manager to strategically lead our digital presence and elevate our mission's visibility and engagement.The RoleAs our Social Media Director/Manager, you *****Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and mobilize supporters in alignment with our mission.Use data analysis and performance metrics to inform decisions, optimize strategies, and identify new opportunities to strengthen our digital presence.Lead the development of storytelling initiatives to inspire activism/action among our audiences.Oversee the management of social media strategies, ad usage and cross-functional collaborations to achieve impactful results.Stay ahead of trends, platforms, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and effective.What We're Looking ForProven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, ideally within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and measure success.Expertise in content creation, audience engagement, and storytelling for digital platforms.
