Office Assistant***** Burtonsville, MD***** Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-min lunch)Work ***** OnsitePay ***** $18 - $22 Hourly based on experienceUltimate Staffing is working with a compassionate and committed client seeking a Office Assistant to join their team.Key **Review timesheets and verify clock-ins/outs for 40-50 staff using PaychexAssist with entering schedules in Paychex (as needed)Manage emails from clients and internal teams with professionalismMaintain and update internal staff schedulesSet up and tidy conference room for meetingsGreet clients upon arrival and direct them appropriatelyFile paperwork and manage office documentationTrack certifications for PCP staffAnswer and route incoming calls from clients and team members**Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PaychexPrior administrative experience; HR or DDA experience a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAble to work independently and maintain appropriate professional boundariesComfortable handling confidential informationAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
