This unique hybrid role blends employee support and community engagement, with a focus on enhancing the experience of our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while promoting our services to the broader community.In this role, you **Serve as a consistent point of connection for RBTs, offering emotional support and helping foster a strong, inclusive team cultureOrganize team events, recognition initiatives, and other efforts to ensure RBTs feel valued and connectedCollaborate with leadership on strategies to improve staff engagement and retentionLead or assist with marketing and outreach efforts, including social media content, event planning, and community partnershipsHelp communicate the impact of our work and support the growth of our presence in the community**Background in ABA, mental health, or a related fieldStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple initiativesExperience or interest in marketing, outreach, or social media content creationPassionate about helping others and building communityWe're a purpose-driven organization focused on delivering high-quality ABA services while creating a supportive culture for our staff.
