We are seeking candidates for a Maintenance Supervisor role on the day shift. Compensation for this direct-hire opportunity ranges between $32.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Read below for more information!What you'll do as a Maintenance **Report directly to the Director of Maintenance for overall project planning and management at the respective plantMaintain equipment, practice preventative maintenance, coordinate and prioritize work ordersPrioritize, work with, and help guide maintenance technicians on internal construction or maintenance projects for production equipment or facility improvementsDiagnose equipment issues and coordinate with production teams on maintenance repairs to minimize downtimeEnsure safety guidelines and regulatory requirements are met in all maintenance workFollow and enforce GMP's and safety protocolsWork with Parts and Inventory Specialist to source components and maintain proper inventory controlWhat you need to be a Maintenance **High School diploma required, additional schooling is preferred2+ years supervisor experience requiredBoiler license and Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtainElectrical knowledge and strong mechanical aptitudeUnderstanding of basic electrical systems; including single phase, 3 phase and low voltageAbility to read blueprints and understand technical drawingsPrior experience in a manufacturing facility preferred, specifically in food manufacturingAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to work with various computer programs including work order system and Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams.Strong and effective communication skills a must#NewCareerByDohertyJoin this dynamic team by applying today!
