As we continue to scale, we are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy, driving client acquisition and revenue growth across double-digit locations.Position OverviewThe Performance Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads and additional oversight of Meta Ads. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with deep expertise in Google Ads, GA4, and multi-location PPC strategies who is looking to make a measurable impact in a fast-growing business and industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute paid media strategies aligned with overarching business goals in collaboration with the Marketing Director.Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across all Well Labs+ locations to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.Oversee and support Meta Ads campaigns as needed to ensure cross-platform synergy.Implement best practices in keyword research, ad copywriting, bid strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation.Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM) to set up and manage tracking tags for precise performance measurement.Analyze data in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to extract insights and optimize ROI and conversion rates.Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies.Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and tracking across platforms.Build and maintain a paid marketing dashboard, tracking key KPIs including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and conversion rates.Collaborate with marketing, operations, and web development teams to optimize landing pages and conversion tracking.Stay ahead of PPC trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices in the fast-evolving medical aesthetics space.What You'll Bring to the Team4+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns (agency experience preferred).Google Ads Certified (required).Expertise in Google Ads, including Performance Max, Local Service Ads, and Demand Gen.Proficiency in GTM, GA4, and other tracking tools.Experience with landing page builders is a plus.Experience managing multi-location PPC strategies.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a high-growth environment.Experience with Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, and other digital media channels.Why Join Us?Be part of a growing and innovative company with a collaborative and dynamic team based out of New York City.Opportunity to own and scale paid media strategy and campaigns with a monthly budget of $petitive salary, benefits, and career growth opportunities.If you're excited about data and opportunities in the performance marketing space and are eager to take your PPC expertise to the next level, we'd love to hear from you!
