You'll play a vital role in shaping our online presence and growing our engaged community.Key *Develop and implement a strategic content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)Create compelling content (photos, videos, stories, Reels) in line with our brand aestheticsMonitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize engagement and growthEngage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentionsStay current with industry trends, platform updates, and social media best practicesCollaborate with the in-house team to promote events, launches, and brand initiativesManage social media advertising campaigns as neededProven experience managing social media for a brand or businessStrong creative eye and ability to capture and create visually appealing contentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesProficiency in social media tools and analytics platformsAbility to work full-time, on-site, Monday through FridayNo other current employment or agency contracts - Rancher Hat Bar must be your sole focusBonus Skills (not required but nice to have):Photography and basic video editingExperience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar toolsBackground in fashion, lifestyle, or retail brandingTo ***Please submit your resume, a brief cover letter, and a portfolio or examples of past social media work.
