As a Sales Administrative Assistant, youll provide vital day-to-day administrative support while learning the ins and outs of event sales and operations.Key *Assist with updating and maintaining client ordersTrack future orders and payments to ensure deadlines are metEnsure event diagrams and layouts are submitted on timeHandle professional email correspondence with clientsAttend and shadow showroom appointments to take notes and learn about our inventoryOrganize and maintain sales documentation and internal filesSupport additional administrative tasks and projects as needed*Highly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service skillsEagerness to learn the events industryProficiency with email, spreadsheets, and office softwarePrior administrative or sales support experience preferred, but not requiredPositive attitude and team-player mindsetPay **$17.00 - $19.00 per hourDesired Skills and Experience1.
