Position Summary The Director Marketing, US Digital Health will report to the Head of Digital Health Marketing and will play a pivotal role in driving strategic marketing initiatives and expanding the digital health ecosystem through key partnerships and market expansion initiatives. This position will manage marketing strategy development and execution while managing strategic relationships with pharmaceutical companies, digital health providers, NGOs, and academic research institutions.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing ManagementManage and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive Samsung Healths growth in North AmericaLead product marketing programs for the Samsung Health app and connected servicesCreate and manage go-to-market strategies for new features and servicesOwn trade event strategy and planning to maximize Samsung Healths presence in the digital health spacePartnership Development & ManagementManage and support strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, digital health providers, NGOs, and academic institutionsDevelop co-marketing initiatives and joint value propositions with partners, with deep project management and management of milestonesCreate and execute partnership activation plans to drive mutual business growthManage relationship with key stakeholders across partner organizationsAnalytics & Consumer InsightsOwn consumer insights function for Samsung Health North AmericaDevelop and maintain analytics dashboards for tracking industry trends and business performanceLead market research initiatives to identify growth opportunitiesTranslate data insights into actionable marketing strategiesCommunicate and present category data to multiple stakeholdersDigital Health Ecosystem Expansion Program ManagementManage integration programs with partner platforms and servicesSupport innovative health technology initiatives with research institutionsCandidate Characteristics Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumenStrong analytical capabilities and experience with data visualization toolsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsExperience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholdersManage reporting to various stakeholdersAbility to work effectively in a highly global, matrix organizationDeep knowledge of digital health technology industry regulations and compliance requirementsProven ability to influence without direct authorityExperience managing and developing vendors, partners, other BU stakesholdersStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCultural awareness and experience working with international teamsQualifications/Skills12+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years in digital health, healthcare technology, or related fieldsProven track record of developing and managing strategic partnership programs, events, conveningsStrong background in product marketing, and go-to-market strategy execution in app/servicesExperience working with healthcare, pharmaceutical, or research institutionsExcellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly to prioritize and complete tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to collaborate effectively, both internally and with partners, customersDemonstrated success in data-driven decision making and analyticsBachelors degree required; MBA or similar degree preferredMountain View, CA (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office)Ability to work with Korean HQ during their business hours requiredTravel: 20% domestic and international
