EXPERIENTIAL CREATIVE STRATEGIST ROLEAs Factory360 continues to grow in 2025, we're seeking motivated, imaginative, and collaborative folks to join our creative team. We are currently in search of an associate or higher level Creative Strategist who can conceptualize strategic and creative visions for both our company and the brands we collaborate with. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting the ACD and ECD (reporting directly to the Associate Creative Director), as well as stepping in to lead creative projects when necessary, including new business initiatives and existing programs. Demonstrating a solid understanding of experiential marketing, the Creative Strategist is expected to stay abreast of market and consumer trends, leveraging this awareness to consistently generate thoughtful insights and exciting ideas for a range of clients. Strong strategic thinking, ideating, copywriting, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role. Also you must be fun and nice. You can think big about strategy and story, and also prove your work with examples, details, and tactical ideas.You are comfortable concepting, pitching, writing, and strategizing experiential activations for a wide range of clients.You know how to scour the internet for facts, articles, reports, etc., then synthesize your findings and clearly communicate what you discover.You have some experience in the brand, marketing, or events industries, ideally with clients spanning sectors including CPG, Tech, and Spirits.You're a natural team player, contributing to brainstorms with unique insights and developing ideas along with a team of creatives and designers.You're excited about building branded experiences that move people - to laugh, to dream, to engage, and to take action.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Research markets, industries, communities, trends, and more to develop insights that inform and drive creative brainstorms.Work with the creative team to develop ideas, strategies, initiatives, and concept presentations to address client goals through creative experiences both online and offline.Clearly and persuasively communicate your creative ideas through clear copywriting in client-facing proposals.Work with the Associate Creative Director to manage incoming RFPs and deliverables associated with new business.Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive and inspiring presentations.Stay in tune with cultural trends to ensure all creative output is relevant and innovative.Additional Responsibilities:Copywriting across internal agency initiatives, including website, award submissions, and industry event contributions.Support in the execution of agency initiatives and thought leadership projects (i.e. POVs, trend reports/newsletters, internal initiatives)Proactively research client brands and industry trends to support Creative and Account teams in building organic and new business opportunities.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Excellent writing and communication fortable presenting creative work internally (and potentially to clients in pitches).Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in, enjoy, and stay dependable in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.Minimum Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in an agency setting, ideally in creative strategy and/or experiential marketing, or relevant/related experience.Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent years of work experience.Examples of past project work (we don't need a full portfolio or book, but would love to see/hear some examples of relevant past work).Experience in Google Suite.Ability to travel for work.This is a full-time salaried position. Our Miami office operates remotely, and our New York office operates on a hybrid schedule with two days in office and three days WFH.
