As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in providing a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. You will also support the firm with administrative duties and assist legal staff as needed.Key **Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous mannerAnswer, screen, and route incoming phone callsSchedule and confirm appointments and meetingsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception areaReceive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveriesManage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and faxesAssist with data entry, document preparation, and filingHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretionMaintain client records and update databasesProvide general administrative support to attorneys and legal assistantsPerform other duties as assigned to support daily operations**Bachelor's degree required; recent grads are encouraged to applyThis is a junior level role, great way to get your foot in the door with a large law firm, gain experience, and grow within the firm.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
