A recognized entertainment organization is currently seeking a new Production Coordinator to join their growing team. In this role, the Production Coordinator will support the brand creative production team in the implementation and execution of series promotional campaigns, on-air film promos, and branded content. About the **Start ** ASAPAssignment ***** Temp ongoing***** Monday to Friday (hybrid- 3-4x onsite)***** 9am to 5pm (flexible start times; 35 to 40 hours per week)**Own relationships with assigned SSPs, Resellers, and other assigned Ad Tech partners in order to proactively grow revenue via sales management of our partner demand teamsDirect the onboarding of new partners, coordinating with Legal, Operations, Data, Analytics, and Billing teams as needed to ensure timely and accurate implementationPartner with our internal distribution teams and external platforms to build help contract content distribution deals, and set up successful backfill dealsDeliver and maintain new Ad products and innovations by finding, proposing, and managing vendors, as well as working with Ad Operations and Marketing on implementationWork on assigned departmental projects to enhance workflows for reporting analytics, price floor management, contract processingMonitor sellout rate by platform and work to deliver optimal revenue through proactively troubleshooting any issues limiting monetization potential, by analyzing bid requests as they pass from distribution platforms through the SSPs5 years of relevant professional experience in Video Advertising, Media Sales or Digital Ad OperationsBachelors degreeAbility to be versatile across Sales, Ad Operations, and reporting analyticsFluent in Excel, and capable of building templates and dashboards Must be a team player who is a strategic and creative thinker with a go-getter attitude Ability to take ownership of open-ended problems, document business requirements, manage timelines, and summarize solutionsExcellent understanding of major SSPs, DSP, and Ad Tech companiesDesired ***Experience in FreeWheel
