Job Title: Digital Marketing & Audience Development DirectorLocation: Maui-based preferred (hybrid/remote considered)Employment Type: Full-time, exemptCompensation: $65,000-$74,000 with bonus potentialBenefits: Health, PTO, IRA, remote/flexMaui Nō Ka Ê»Oi Magazine/Flagship Publishing isseeking a dynamic, hands-on Digital Marketing & Audience Development Director to elevate the digital presence of our award-winning regional magazines. This is a unique opportunity to both create engaging content immediately and build a digital marketing system that drives long-term growth across multiple states and brands.The ideal candidate blends creative execution with strategic thinking - skilled at producing compelling social media content while developing CRM systems, sales funnels and scalable workflows. A strong sense of community focus is essential with a commitment to serving and engaging regional audiences in ways that reflect the culture and values of the places we represent.
