Behavioral Health Program Manager** Queens, NYEmployment * Full-TimeWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Behavioral Health Program Manager to support and lead behavioral health services at a mission-driven community health center serving New York's most vulnerable populations. This role is essential to the integration and coordination of care for individuals with complex medical, mental health, and social needs"”including those living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, chronic conditions, and members of the LGBTQIA+, immigrant, and API communities.Key *Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of behavioral health services, ensuring quality care and compliance with program goals and contractual obligations.Supervise a multidisciplinary team providing direct services to individuals with behavioral health needs.Assist with clinical case reviews, staffing, scheduling, and service coordination.Ensure timely completion and accuracy of documentation, assessments (including UAS-NY), and reporting across systems and platforms.Monitor program performance, support continuous quality improvement, and help implement evidence-based and culturally responsive practices.Collaborate with external partners, funders, and internal departments to coordinate care and support for high-need populations.Represent the organization at community meetings and public forums when needed.BA/BS in a relevant field with 5+ years of full-time experience in behavioral health, human services, or a related field- OR -Advanced degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Human Services, or equivalent with 3+ years of full-time experience2+ years of supervisory experience (paid staff) preferredStrong familiarity with key populations, *** individuals with SMI, children and families, LGBTQIA+ individuals, those at high risk or living with HIV/AIDS, immigrants, and people with co-occurring medical and mental health conditionsUAS-NY certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire)Knowledge of government-funded programs and reporting requirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish and/or Asian languages is a plus
