We are seeking a Surgical Coordinator to join our powerful team. This critical role ensures smooth pre-operative, surgical, and post-operative processes, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional care and results.Key Responsibilities Include-Lead Generation & **Utilize your expertise in lead generation to maintain and grow patient flow. Manage inquiries, consults, and follow-ups effectively to ensure conversion.Pre-Operative *Schedule surgical procedures, pre-operative appointments, and operating room bookings.Order garments, implants, and any required surgical materials.Educate patients on pre-op preparation and recovery expectations.Patient & Financial *Provide cost estimates, process payments, and establish payment plans.Guide patients through consent forms, medical clearances, and lab test coordination.Surgical Day *Confirm all surgical logistics and act as the primary contact for patients and their families.Ensure seamless communication between the surgical team and support staff.Post-Operative *Schedule follow-up visits and assist patients with recovery concerns.Maintain regular communication to ensure satisfaction and gather testimonials and reviews.Administrative *Manage patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.Monitor inventory and surgical supplies, coordinating with vendors for timely replenishment.Patient ****Engage with patients post-recovery to foster long-term relationships.QualificationsProven experience as a Surgical Coordinator is required.Plastic Surgery experience strongly recommended.Strong background in lead generation and management.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle complex schedules.Compassionate and patient-focused with excellent communication skills.Familiarity with EMR systems and compliance standards.Compensation shown is based on a standard base pay rate plus potential sales commissions.Why Join Fulcrum Aesthetics?We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art procedures, patient-first approach, and vibrant work environment.
