Their primary responsibility will be to develop, coordinate, and maintain efficient production schedules. Keep reading for more details! What's in it for ***** 1 st shift opportunity - Monday to Friday from 6am-4pmCompetitive hourly rate depending on experienceContract-to-hire position - youll be hired based on attendance, performance, and client needsAmazing benefit package once hired in permanently Medical, Dental and Vision401KPaid vacation What your day will look ***** Partner with Program Management to align production schedules and inventory needs for initial product launches.Analyze MRP data and production schedules to proactively identify and resolve potential material shortages; escalate issues as necessary.Oversee outsourced manufacturing processes to ensure timely delivery to production facilities and prevent workflow disruptions.Monitor subcontractor inventory levels and align them with production plans to maintain operational efficiency.Collaborate with manufacturing leads to develop efficient resource allocation plans and optimize production scheduling.Maintain and adjust production schedules in response to capacity shifts or delays, communicating changes to stakeholders and recommending alternatives.Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management to support business objectives.Manage planning for long production runs, ensuring accurate labeling and tracking throughout the process.Review long-term forecasts to identify capacity or material constraints and recommend proactive solutions.Conduct weekly, monthly, and forward-looking capacity analyses to balance production loads and maintain continuity during demand fluctuations. What we are looking ***** High School Diploma or equivalent.3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a technical manufacturing.Hands-on experience with Plex Systems ERP is required.Strong understanding and practical knowledge of inventory control processes.Preferred background in scheduling, production planning, or supply chain management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.At Apex, we actively encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
