We are looking for an individual who can bring value to our team.Salary is negotiable based on experience with opportunity for advancement and bonuses for strong individuals.Title Processor * Opening of new orders and ordering of relevant searches.· Review documents for completeness and follow up for any missing information.· Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors. Electronic and manual recording of documents. Ability to lead special project assignments.· Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.*Education and/or Work Experience *Administrative Experience: At least 1-2 years in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the real estate or legal industryReal Estate or Title Processing **** Familiarity with title processing, escrow procedures, and real estate documentation is not required, but is highly advantageousComputer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with staff and clients.Must be detail and customer service oriented.Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.Job ***** Full-time***** $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year (based on experience)**401(k) matchingDental insurance availableHealth insurance availablePaid time offVision insurance available8 hour shiftAbility to **Clifton Heights, PA 19018: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work **** In person
