Ensure all documentation is prepared accurately and completely. Trade Spend Management - Manage and administer the trade spend tracking process for the company as the lynchpin between sales and accounting team. Ensure all transactions are tracked and coded correctly.Netsuite Process Development and Improvement - Ensure all transactions are captured and coded correctly in Netsuite ERP system. Identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality.Weekly Cash Reporting & ManagementCredit & Collections Management - Oversee our credit and collections policy globally. Weekly reporting on performance, identification of issues, opportunities for improvement.Management of all foreign Taxes, Reporting and Accounting.Line of Credit Management - Oversee accounting team in daily administration with lenders. Ensure all daily transaction documentation is provided by team to lenders timely and precisely. Monitor availability and request funds as necessary.Ad Hoc reporting and analysisAccounting Process Development and ImprovementBasic ***7+ years of experience working in the Finance team of a mid-sized business, preferably in the wholesale food and beverage or CPG industryBachelors degree in accounting or business preferredExperience with ERP Systems such as Netsuite#LI-TA1#INMAY2025#ZRCFS
