In addition, we offer professional development and learning opportunities, rewarding bonus programs, and a wide range of work-life benefits.Title: Project Specialist II/Senior Project Specialist IDepartment: Biopharma Services (Non-Lab, PM)Location: South Plainfield, NJResponsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of NGS projects, especially single cell and spatial transcriptomics projects.Work closely with R&D scientists, bioinformaticians, and lab teams to align project goals, timelines, and resources.Act as subject matter expert for troubleshooting projects and maintain in-depth scientific knowledge.Coordinate external collaborations with academic and industry partners as needed.Facilitate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.Assist with training PM team members on all project design, assessment, deliveries to ensure successful delivery of services.Any ad hoc tasks and assignment as needed.Qualifications:Master's Degree in Life Sciences with 3-5+ years of related experience required (PhD preferred).1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Single Cell or Spatial Transcriptomic Sequencing platforms is strongly preferred.3-5+ years of experience in a range of molecular biology techniques and knowledge required.PMP certification or formal training in project management is a plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Compensation; Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications)Bonus Eligibility: Performance-based discretionary bonus.For more information, please visit .
