The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical know-how, global program management experience, and cross-cultural communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical solutions. LOCAL CANDIDATE OF RALEIGH, NC. IN OFFICE POSITIONKey ResponsibilitiesLead international systems integration projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring on-time and within-budget deliveryCoordinate with global teams across engineering, operations, logistics, and compliance to align project goalsOversee the planning and execution of deployment strategies in multiple countries, accounting for local regulations and cultural considerationsServe as the primary point of contact for international clients, partners, and stakeholdersTrack and manage project budgets, timelines, deliverables, and KPIsMitigate risk and resolve issues that impact project scope or scheduleCollaborate with business development and capture teams on proposals and client strategyDevelop project documentation, status reports, and post-project evaluationsQualifications5+ years of project or program management experience in hardware systems integration (access control, intrusion systems, security surveillance cameras, programming, etc)Access control and IP video hardware and software installation experience are a must.Software House, Lenel, Identicard, Vanderbilt, Exacq, Milestone, Axis, American Dynamics, certifications are strongly preferred.Strong understanding of compliance, contracting, and logistics in international contextsExcellent organizational and leadership skills with a keen attention to detailPMP or equivalent certification strongly preferredMultilingual skills and/or experience working in emerging markets is a plus
