Qualified candidates, please apply using the form below.Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000 (annual salary plus healthcare, dental, vision, 401k)Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction project from bid to implementationAllocate resources for assigned projectsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsAbility to visualize the entire project, anticipate constructability issues and embed solutions in the construction plans and schedules.Can visualize and create the project schedules critical pathCan organize and perform Pull Planning scheduling team meetings.Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, state, city, and/or county officials, and clientsNegotiate with subcontractors to receive reasonable change order costsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsInspect materials and equipment delivered to the siteCoordinate on-site inspections and laboratory testingInspect subcontractor workmanship and materialsProvide notices of utility or facility interruption to the Owner's representativeAssure environment protectionPrepare quality surveys of work in placeUpdate construction schedule (Microsoft Project)Assure safety procedures on-site, identifying specific hazards and assure all subcontractors know and follow safety proceduresPrepare status reports and maintain records of inspections and testsReview tests on materialsReview shop drawings and submittalsAssure subcontractors have received the latest construction plans and specificationsConduct detailed inspections of construction workPrepare records of all equipment installed on-siteObtain and review information for the Operation and Maintenance Manuals Update as-built plansMaintain Interim Life Safety measures in placeMaintain and complete Daily Construction Reports in ProcoreIssue RFI documents to the Architect in ProcoreTrack Change Events in ProcoreQualifications:5 plus years of management experience; healthcare or related business knowledge preferred, broad understanding of the construction industryKnowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and construction documents (RFI's, Submittals, Contracts, etc.)Familiarity with software: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore PlatformStrong team playerStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills requiredStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
