BICP, a leader in the delivery of advanced, innovative AI, ML and Analytics data products for large enterprise customers, is looking to hire a highly skilled and detail-oriented Anaplan Builder with a strong background in supply chain planning to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Anaplan models that support our end-to-end supply chain operations. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate complex supply chain requirements into scalable and efficient Anaplan solutions.We prefer candidates with the ability to be onsite in San Diego area Monday - Friday however exceptional remote only candidates will be considered. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain Anaplan models with a focus on supply chain functions such as demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory management, and logistics.Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with supply chain objectives and KPIs.Translate functional requirements into logical model design and architecture using Anaplan best practices.Develop and optimize modules, lists, dashboards, and processes in Anaplan to enhance decision-making capabilities.Support user testing, training, documentation, and rollout of Anaplan solutions.Continuously monitor and improve model performance and user experience.Act as a subject matter expert on Anaplan within the supply chain domain.Partner with IT and data teams to ensure accurate data integration from ERP and other systems.Stay current on Anaplan platform updates, modeling techniques, and supply chain trends.QualificationsBachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or related field.3+ years of hands-on experience with Anaplan model building.Proven experience in supply chain planning processes and systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Anaplan Connect, Informatica, MuleSoft) is a plus.Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data tools is an advantage.Nice to HaveExperience in global or multi-site supply chain environments.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Certifications such as Anaplan Certified Model Builder and/or Anaplan Solution Architect.Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.What We OfferCompetitive compensationUnique, start-up culture with the stability of legacy enterprise customersOpportunities for growth and professional developmentDynamic and collaborative team cultureAbout BICPBICP is a consulting firm focused on delivering leading-edge AI, ML and Analytics solutions to our enterprise customers.
