Newly created position for a rapidly growing small manufacturing company! This will report directly into the CEO and manage at team of 6. Seeking an energetic, hands on, VP or Director of Operations who ideally has experience in the food manufacturing industry. Small company experience is preferred as well. Great time to get into a business from the ground up that is building a ton of momentum currently.Bilingual Spanish HIGHLY PREFFERED+++TRAVEL: Will require 30% travel to other plants within the U.S. The Vice President of Operations will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the manufacturing operations. This includes production, planning and scheduling, supply chain, quality control, and facilities. They will play a crucial role in shaping and executing operational strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability, while upholding company values. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, preferably Engineering or Business Administration.Proven track record with at least 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).Ability to manage and lead teams effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards in manufacturing.Proficiency in ERP systems and other relevant software tool
