Position SummaryThe Global Head of Donor Management is a senior executive responsible for leading the donor messaging, engagement, and relationship management that drive transformational giving from high-net-worth individuals and grant giving philanthropic foundations.This leader will build and oversee a best-in-class global donor engagement program that strengthens relationships with donors capable of investing $500,000 or more annually to the Einstrong Foundations ESi Mom Program.This leader ensures our top supporters are inspired, informed, and meaningfully engaged"”reflecting their capacity, interests, and impact"”through strong donor relationships and strategic partnerships with the Einstrong Foundation and our ESi Mom Program.Overview of ESi Mom Program in Nepal: ResponsibilitiesStrategic Donor Engagement & Relationship DevelopmentDesign and lead a global donor management framework that deepens engagement with HNWIs, corporate leaders, and foundation decision-makers.Partner with the COO and Founder of Einstrong Foundation to cultivate and steward a portfolio of high-value relationships globally.Oversee customized engagement strategies for top-tier donors, including personalized communications, private briefings, impact reporting, and recognition events.Donor Stewardship & Experience DesignEnsure the donor experience is personalized, strategic, and deeply aligned with the Einstrong Foundation and the Einstrong Mom program mission and results.Oversee the creation of high-touch stewardship plans that showcase donor impact, highlight programmatic outcomes, and reinforce long-term giving.Develop donor journey maps for each major segment, guiding them from initial interest through multi-year, multi-million-dollar commitments.Operational LeadershipLead internal alignment across fundraising, communications, and programs to ensure a unified, high-caliber experience for principal donors.Establish global standards and best practices in donor data management, segmentation, and donor service excellence to be used by ESi Community Managers across the world.Collaboration & Strategic IntegrationWork across ESi Community Managers in Cambodia, Nepal, South Sudan, and other markets to ensure coordination in donor cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation strategies.Support regional ESi Community Managers in positioning strategic funding opportunities to align with donor priorities.Serve as a trusted advisor on complex giving structures (e.g., DAFs, family foundations, CSR partnerships, multi-year grants).Measurement & AccountabilityDefine and track KPIs related to donor retention, pipeline development, and gift conversion.Provide executive reporting and analysis on donor engagement trends, assessments, and strategic opportunities for Einstrong Mom program.QualificationsMinimum 10 years of leadership experience in high-value philanthropy, major gifts, or corporate/foundation partnerships.Proven track record in cultivating and stewarding principal gifts ($500K ~ $10M+), globally.Deep knowledge of relationship-based fundraising and donor behavior at the ultra-high-net-worth level.Exceptional strategic thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the gravitas to engage with CEOs, board members, and philanthropists.Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, etc.), donor pipeline development, and personalized engagement planning.Experience in working in a diverse and globally distributed organization.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in nonprofit management, philanthropy, international relations, business, or a related field.Experience with capital campaigns, multi-year partnerships, or blended funding strategies.Global non-profit experience with Poverty, Education, and cash aid programs (ex: UBI or CBI) is a strong plus.
