Location Mineola, NY Pay: up to $150K yearly salary DOE + Excellent benefits Type: Full time permanent employment Responsibilities And DutiesManage daily construction activities and project schedule, budget, safety and QA/QCProvide full administrative support to the energy engineering group to ensure smooth completion of various construction efforts.Assist with the organization, tracking, review, and disposition of various engineering and construction documents including RFI, Submittals, Shop drawings and change orders.Coordinate with designers, field service supervisors, contractors and clients to communicate project status and priorities.Attend construction progress meetings and site visits.Resolve on-site issues and manage risks mitigating negative impacts to project and client.Manage and coordinate Subcontractors.Support mechanical design professionals, also assist in project bidding and contractor evaluations.Submittals/AIAs/Purchase Orders/Insurance CertificatesOther duties as assigned.RequirementsBachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or similar degrees2-5+ years of Construction Management Experience.Experience working with NY Power Authority, NYCHA, Army Corps of Engineers, GSA or similar agencies a plusFE/EIT Certification or CCM Certification is a plus but not required.Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgement capabilities.Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work in a collaborative team environment.Experience with computer aided drafting software, proficiency Auto cad and Revit preferred.Experience in Construction Management software, Procore ETC.Valid Drivers license in good standing.BenefitsMedicalDentalVision401KVacation / PTOExcellent advancement Opportunities!
