This role is for a motivated, service-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and embraces innovation in property management.As a CAM, you'll be the heartbeat of the communities you manage, serving as a strategic partner and trusted liaison between Restoration Property Management and HOA/COA Boards. You'll lead with confidence, stay ahead of industry trends, and deliver exceptional service to homeowners, vendors, board members, and your teammates.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular property visits to oversee projects, ensure compliance, and build relationships.Manage communities in alignment with governing documents, contracts, and management agreements.Organize and facilitate community-related meetings, including Board of Directors, Annual Members, and Budget Meetings. Prepare all necessary notices, agendas, and minutes.Deliver proactive and transparent communication with Board members, residents, vendors, and internal teams.Process architectural control applications and address violations in a timely, professional manner.Create accurate annual budgets with a focus on strategic goals and market trends, supported by our accounting and leadership teams.Stay current with industry standards, legal updates, and regulatory requirements. Educate Boards on best practices to foster informed decision-making.
