This is a fully on-site position with no hybrid or remote work options.Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the Business Unit Manager is responsible for the full ownership of the product line, including strategic direction, operational execution, and financial performance. This role leads a cross-functional team and plays a critical role in driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a cross-functional team (sales, operations, engineering, quality) to achieve business unit goalsOwn profit and loss (P&L) accountability and ensure alignment with business objectivesDrive value creation through value-based pricing, cost reduction initiatives, and market analysisIdentify and pursue profitable new business opportunitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end usersInfluence customer purchasing decisions and negotiate contractual agreementsSupport the development and execution of annual business plans and budgetsRepresent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry eventsRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team engagement capabilitiesDeep understanding of value creation and business strategyData-driven decision-making with sound business judgmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHigh sense of ownership and accountabilityAbility to manage and prioritize multiple programs to maximize valueBroad business knowledge preferred, including technical sales, engineering, finance, and operationsQualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)Minimum of 5 years of relevant experienceAerospace or industrial sector experience strongly preferredProven track record of delivering results in previous rolesMust be eligible to work with ITAR-controlled products and data
