Job Description

A local commercial real estate team is seeking a Brokerage Coordinator to support 3 brokers by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.This is a direct hire, full-time position with a hybrid schedule.Responsibilities:Provide high-level support by managing emails, calls, calendars, scheduling meetings, property tours, and tracking deadlines in team systemsPrepare and organize contracts, agreements, and real estate documentsAssist with transaction timelines, closings, and ensure proper filingAct as a secondary contact for clients and stakeholders, handle inquiries, follow-ups, and draft professional correspondence.Coordinate with the marketing team create and distribute property marketing materials, manage social media, and support promotional campaignsMaintain client databases and CRM systems, update transaction details, and gather research for market reports and competitive analysisLiaise with title companies, legal teams, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions and timely document submissionsOversee office organization, support special projects like events, maintain digital filing systems, and proactively solve workflow issues to support team efficiencyQualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree2+ years of administrative experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to create and utilize Excel spreadsheetsHighly professional and relationalBenefits & Compensation:$50,000 - $55,000Employer sponsored medical insuranceContributing retirementVacation & Holiday schedule
