Job Title: Retail Sales SpecialistLocation: Milltown, New Jersey 08850, USOnsite/hybrid/Remote: Onsite Salary Range: $44k to $100k Number of Positions: 1Store Working Hours:Monday to Friday: 10 AM - 6 PMSaturday: 10 AM - 4 PMSunday: 11 AM - 3 PMRotating schedule with flexible days off. An ideal candidate will demonstrate not only a proactive approach to problem-solving but also a passion for continuous learning and growth, making them a valuable asset to our team.Position Overview: The ideal Retail Sales Associate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and supporting showroom operations. This individual will have an opportunity to learn and grow within the high-end renovation products sector while developing a deep knowledge of our products and services.Key Responsibilities:Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.Troubleshoot and resolve product issues or customer concerns.Handle customer inquiries and accurately enter data into the CRM system.Manage and diffuse customer complaints with professionalism and courtesy.Document and update customer records based on interactions.Continuously develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.Coordinate installation/service calls with installation crews.Manage and schedule deliveries.Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.Update showroom price tags, promotions, and literature replenishments.Qualifications:Knowledge of door products or building materials is a plus.Ability to read floor plans and perform takeoffs.Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to learn and retain information about the industry and product specifications.A keen eye for detail and a customer-oriented mindset.Strong team player who works well with others.Computer-savvy with basic proficiency in Excel and Word.Benefits:1 week paid vacation after 6 months; 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year.5 personal/sick days after 6 months.Paid training (2 weeks).Competitive compensation: Base pay plus commission + bonus.Commission Structure: Net Revenue Model (3% from gross sales, minus sales tax.
