Job Summary:We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Outside Sales Representative to grow our edible oils business by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships within the food service, retail, and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate has experience in the food industry, a strong understanding of culinary trends and ingredient sourcing, and a passion for helping customers find the right oil solutions for their needs.This Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territoryDevelop and manage a sales pipeline of foodservice operators, distributors, private label buyers, and food manufacturersConduct in-person visits, presentations, and product tastings to showcase our portfolio of productsEducate clients on product attributes, sourcing origin, health benefits, and usage applicationsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat businessMeet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the sales managerPrepare quotes, proposals, and contracts in a timely and professional mannerWork closely with customer service, logistics, and production to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfactionMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM softwareAttend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to grow territory presenceProvide market feedback and competitive intelligence to managementCompensation: This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Successful representatives in this position have earned up to $200,000 annually, depending on performance and client portfolio.
