The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing mission critical projects or other highly technical facilities, with a deep understanding of project controls, cost management, and risk assessment specific to critical infrastructure.Responsibilities will include:Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for mission critical construction and expansion projects.Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project timelines and budgets.Budget and Cost Control: Oversee budget allocation, monitor project expenses, and manage cost reporting and forecasting to ensure financial targets are met.Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.Progress Reporting: Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, providing transparency on milestones, challenges, and key performance indicators.Requirements:Advanced in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar.Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and security systems.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Qualifications & Education:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.Minimum of 15 years of project management experience in the data center or critical infrastructure sectors.PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.What you can expect: A collaborative business environment, where every voice is heard and supported.Opportunities for personal and professional advancement.Buddy and mentorship program.Continuous learning and professional development, in all stages of your career.Opportunities for relocation, nationally and internationally.Healthy work/life balance thatA comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k matching, paid vacation and more.
