We believe in bringing brand stories to life with immersive experiences that connect with audiences in meaningful waysROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking a seasoned and highly organized Event Producer with a proven track record of delivering exceptional live experiences, including experiential programs, mobile marketing tours, festivals, and tradeshows. Youll oversee all aspects of production, from pre-planning to onsite execution and post-event evaluation. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between the account team, external partners, and clients, delivering exceptional results with operational efficiencyKEY RESPONSIBILITIESProject Development:Collaborate with the account team and client team during development phasesSupport the account team in converting creative concepts into detailed budgets and timelinesBudget & Timeline Management:Manage budgets and timelines for projects, sourcing estimates, and managing vendor contractsEnsure adherence to budget allocations, track expenses, and maximize project profitability by managing scope and scope changes effectively in partnership with the Account teamsProject Management:Lead planning, logistics, vendor management, and venue collaborationSource and manage vendor partners, ensuring seamless execution of project deliverablesTrain, and supervise onsite staff for project executionCreate internal and external production documents including event timelines, run-of-shows, and production schedulesConduct site visits, inspections, and production meetings to assess feasibility and address needs, prior to executing on-siteTravel onsite to oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of projectsAdministrative:Execute internal production processes efficiently, including expense management, partner payment processing, and data entry into project planning toolsAttend team meetings regularly, providing updates and insights on project statusesQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree with 4+ years of experience in Special Events, Event Production, or Experiential Marketing, preferably with an experiential agency or large-scale event production companyStrong understanding of event production processes, including budgeting and timeline managementProven portfolio of successfully produced large-scale events and/or mobile marketing toursStrong project management skills, preferably in an agency environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentSolutions-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and creative approach to challengesDEMANDS & EXPECTATIONS:Ability to travel up to 50% of the timeFlexibility to work non-traditional hours based on event schedulesLocal to the Atlanta area with the expectation of being in the office four days a week when not travelingAbility to manage administrative tasks efficientlyPhysical requirements including sitting for extended periods, standing/walking for onsite work, occasional lifting/moving of up to 25 poundsMust have personal vehicle for occasional local travel; mileage compensation providedWe are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
