***** Technical Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual-Spanish)***** $50k-$60k W2 (NO C2C or 1099)***** Hybrid***** Full time** Due to client requirements USC or GC holders only, W2 ONLY, NO C2C or 1099 ABSOLUTE MUST HAVESBilingual (Spanish)Core values/culture fit, personality, communication and collaborationSoftware IT help desk/customer-client support experienceUnderstanding of how to install and configure SQL and running basic sql queriesIIS, IP address, networking commands, and ability to install/configureRequirements/Fluent in Spanish (Bilingual) to communicate with Central America users when needed Solid experience (3+ years) with IT troubleshooting, triaging tickets, technical supportMust be very collaborative with proficient communication skills, both written and verbal to communicate with clients, customers, and teams Core value alignment!Experience with installation and configuration of SQL Server Express and understanding of how to install and configure SQL and running basic sql queriesExperience with SQL Select/Insert/Delete query syntax and availability groups Experience with and good understanding of TCP Networking concepts like IP addressing, IP subnetting, and routing Solid experience with a wide array of Operating Systems including Windows Client, Windows Server, Windows on Windows and Linux installation and configuration of SQL Server ExpressUnderstanding of why you use IP addresses, Networking commands - IIS (internet Information Services) and proven experience and show ability to walk through scenarios where you demonstrate your ability to install, configure, and troubleshootAbout Matlen SilverExperience Matters.
