Head Administrator - Crosspoint Christian SchoolReports to: Board of DirectorsLocation: Klamath Falls, OregonStatus: Full-time | Leadership RolePosition SummaryThe Head Administrator of Crosspoint Christian School serves as the spiritual, strategic, and operational leader of the school, aligning faith, academics, and community engagement under a unified vision. This role requires a dynamic, relational, and humble servant-leader capable of inspiring the staff, supporting students, communicating with parents, and guiding the long-term growth of the school.This position is not simply administrative"”it is transformational. The Head Administrator is tasked with stewarding the mission, shepherding people, and managing resources with wisdom and clarity as CCS continues a season of growth.Core ResponsibilitiesVisionary & Servant LeadershipEmbody Christ-centered servant leadership across all aspects of school life.Communicate and implement the mission, vision, and values of CCS with clarity and conviction.Serve as the chief communicator and culture-setter across students, families, and faculty.Lead with humility, being teachable and collaborative with staff and Board alike.Provide visible leadership, being consistently present and relational on campus.Strategic Planning & Organizational DevelopmentCollaborate with the Board on strategic planning and growth initiatives.Help lead school development projects including campus expansion, capital campaigns, and donor engagement.Provide insight into long-term staffing needs and assist in building leadership capacity at all levels.Assess and refine the organizational structure, utilizing current staff talents and passions effectively.Educational OversightEnsure academic excellence and alignment with Christian worldview integration.Support instructional leadership through collaboration with principals and lead teachers.Ensure proper accreditation, compliance with educational standards, and adoption of appropriate curriculum.Champion the professional growth of educators through coaching, resources, and evaluation systems.Staff Leadership & Culture BuildingRecruit, develop, and retain top Christian faculty and support staff.Foster a collaborative and spiritually healthy culture among the staff.Create clear communication and development pathways to keep internal teams unified and mission-aligned.Promote a healthy team structure and support continuity in leadership transitions.Operations, Finance, and AdministrationPartner with the Financial Administrator and Board Treasurer on budgeting, financial oversight, and campus operations.Oversee calendars, publications, handbooks, and compliance policies.Supervise staff roles related to Executive Team, Registrar, Athletics, and HR as outlined in the org chart.Ensure protection of school property, information systems, and legal compliance.Community Engagement & External RelationsAct as the primary external ambassador for the school to churches, donors, and the community.Engage actively in student life, parent communication, and school-wide events.Lead efforts to grow enrollment, manage public perception, and represent the school to all stakeholders with professionalism and warmth.Key QualificationsRequiredA personal and active relationship with Jesus Christ and embodies the tenants of CCSs statement of faith.Demonstrated leadership experience (in education, ministry, business, military, or nonprofit settings).Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and decision-making ability.A relational, transparent, and humble leadership style.PreferredMinimum of 5 years in school administration, classroom teaching, or similar educational leadership roles.Master's degree in Education, Leadership, or relevant field.Experience with school accreditation, campus planning, or development efforts.Structure & TransitionA leadership transition plan is being implemented internally to ensure organizational health during the search. Existing staff are being supported and invited into conversations around structure and roles, with care to avoid burnout and preserve team cohesion.Internal candidates will be invited to apply and participate in the formal selection process alongside external applicants.A panel interview process will be used to evaluate all qualified candidates in an equitable and transparent manner.While an interim may be appointed if necessary, the school is seeking the long-term leader God is calling to this role.Process & TimelineCCS is casting a wide net and will communicate clearly with all stakeholders"”staff, families, and community"”as the process unfolds.A more public-facing job announcement will follow this internal version.
