We're seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to support the evolution of our Epicor Kinetic ERP environment and other connected systems. This includes but is not limited to system maintenance, continuing training for current employees, creating custom reports and dashboards, as well as looking for opportunities for continual improvement.You'll work with internal teams and external partners to ensure reliable performance, drive application innovation, and support the alignment of technology with business goals.This role is onsite with the exception of 1 day a week working remotely. It offers a competitive salary plus bonus, benefits, PTO, and 401k.Essential Functions and *****Manage, monitor, maintain, and support Epicor Kinetic ERP systemRecommend & maintain new solutions within the ERP systemAnalyze business processes to improve ERP functionalityCreate custom reports, dashboards, Familiar with functions, BAQs, and BPMs (C# / SQL Server)Maintains an expert-level understanding of Epicor functionality and works with end-users to ensure the current and new functionality is being utilizedServes as an escalation point for support personnel and assists with determining whether a system change or configuration is needed to resolve issues RequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field2+ years of experience with ERP systems (preference given for Epicor Kinetic)Microsoft SQL Server database experienceReport writing experience (SSRS and Crystal Reports preferred)Ability to quickly analyze a situation and provide an effective remedy in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentExcellent customer support and serviceAbility to organize time and prioritize projects and tasksWillingness to perform additional duties when needed
