Project Manager - Corporate Functions & Applications (Life Sciences/Biotech)We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Project Manager to lead initiatives within Corporate Functions and Applications at a fast-growing life sciences/biotech company. This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a small, collaborative team. Experience with ERP systems, Oracle applications, and application/interface migration is essential.Key **Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for initiatives across finance, HR, procurement, and other corporate functions.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, document processes, define scope, and deliver technology solutions aligned with strategic goals.Drive effective use of Oracle ERP applications and support application/interface migration to improve business processes and operational efficiency.Identify project risks and dependencies early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively.Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.Adapt quickly to evolving business needs and prioritize initiatives for maximum impact.Required **Minimum 5 years of solid Project Management experience, ideally overseeing corporate function or enterprise application projects.Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with end customers to gather requirements, explain options, and provide updates.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within an agile, smaller team environment.Experience with application migration and interface migration (critical).Familiarity with corporate applications such as Finance and HR.Hands-on experience with Oracle applications is required; Workday experience is a plus.Previous experience in the life sciences or biotechnology industry is required.Join Our Team at AtlasAtlas is a global strategic consulting firm specializing in the Life Sciences industry.
