The Georgia Executive Director position reports to the Vice President, Southern Division and involves providing leadership and management in the assigned market area. Responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing fundraising, Public Education, Advocacy, and volunteer development. The Executive Director will work with the Board of Directors to develop and implement an annual budget and business plan, recruit and train volunteers, and ensure revenue covers expenses. They will also manage a full-time fundraising professional, execute impactful programs, and oversee public policy activities.The Executive Director will collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure the chapters activities align with the business plan and budget. They will be responsible for increasing awareness of the organization through community outreach and collaboration. The role involves hiring and managing a full-time fundraising professional, tracking program results, and measuring impact. Additionally, the Executive Director will oversee all public policy activities of the chapter, including recruiting Field Ambassadors and staffing the Public Policy committee.Overall, the Georgia Executive Director will play a key role in leading and managing the clients activities in the assigned market area. They will work closely with the Board of Directors, volunteers, and staff to ensure the chapters success in fundraising, Public Education, Advocacy, and volunteer development. The Executive Director will also be responsible for overseeing public policy activities and increasing awareness of the organization through community outreach.
