***** Construction Site Supervisor** $150K** East Hampton, NYWe’re hiring a Construction Site Supervisor to lead the on-site delivery of exceptional luxury single-family homes in The Hamptons. Our projects range from $3M to $30M, and we’re looking for someone who brings craftsmanship, precision, and leadership to every phase of a build.As the on-site leader, you’ll oversee all aspects of field construction—from site prep through final handover. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules and budgets, and ensure each home is delivered to exacting standards of quality and design. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with deep residential experience and a strong eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily on-site operations across all phases of construction.Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades.Monitor schedules and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Uphold impeccable standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship.Interpret and enforce architectural drawings and code compliance.Act as the main on-site liaison with clients, architects, and project teams.Maintain thorough site documentation and reporting.Lead final inspections, manage punch lists, and drive resolution of issues.What We’re Looking *****5+ years of supervisory experience in high-end residential construction.Proven success managing $10M+ single-family home projects.Expertise in construction techniques, luxury materials, and finish work.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows and crews.Familiarity with Hamptons-style architecture is a strong plus.APPLY today for immediate consideration!
