If they have past salon or beauty experience this would be preferred.**1.Artwork1.Approve artwork (label changes/no new creative)2.Project manage with internal resource GBS to meet NPI timelines3.Approve swatch benchmarks to align with brand standards in partnership with internal testing resources4.Approve on pack swatches and color ways to align with brand standards5.Ensure global compliance of all artwork2.Marketing1.Create swatches for marketing and educational purposes2.Make sure claims tables are up to date if required3.Project Management1.IDH/Hint projects2.Create project volume estimate to be presented at gate meetings3.Make sure volumes are meeting MOQ standards/ review forecast accuracy4.Prepare CAM & GO meetings5.Attend NPI meetings6.New Item Set Up where necessary7.Ensure sales is aware for inventory management
