Office Manager (San Francisco, CA)LHH is teaming up with a respected law firm in San Francisco, CA in search of an experienced Office Manager to support operations across two U.S. offices.This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative and well-established legal team with a strong reputation for excellence. They are approachable, calm under pressure, and skilled at resolving issues with a sense of humor and professionalism. This role requires someone who is confident in their expertise, highly organized, and capable of leading.Key **Oversee daily operations of two office locations, including facilities, IT, records, and administrative services.Manage and support a team of 25+ staff members, including collaboration with a strong administrator in the secondary office.Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for non-attorney staff.Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.Plan and execute internal events and engagement initiatives.Maintain business continuity and emergency response plans.Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.5–7 years of office management experience in a law firm or legal setting (required).BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Deep understanding of HR practices, compliance, and office operations.Ability to make decisions independently and manage multiple priorities.Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Job ** Direct HireStart * ASAP Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite in San Francisco, CA Full-time, standard business hoursPay * $135,000–$145,000 annually**** The firm offers comprehensive benefits, including full coverage of employees health and dental insurance premiums.
