Resolve issues.Maintain customer accounts. Communicate directly with sales force, internal departments and clients to pursue and resolve issues related to orders, billings, accounts receivable and returns.Experience working with an ERP system (Oracle) helpfulMust have experience using MS Office Excel and Outlook.High School diploma or equivalent required; prefer Associates Degree or equivalent work experienceValid drivers license and good driving record2+ years customer or account management experienceDemonstrated knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Demonstrated problem solving and communication skillsDemonstrated organizational, customer service and follow up skillsDemonstrated phone skills; ability to maintain composure in stressful situationsDemonstrated order processing skillsDemonstrated accuracy in data entry and report generationPrefer demonstrated knowledge of the medical implant industry and hospital customer baseMust have the ability to work beyond standard hours, as needed to support the business needs.Must be able and willing to work successfully in a team environment.
