Job ** Receiver Primeclass Lounge – JFK International Airport, New YorkReports ** Lounge Operations ManagerJob * Part-Time M, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sat (7a-Noon)Position *The Receiver is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and storing all incoming deliveries for the Primeclass Lounge. This role plays a vital part in maintaining proper inventory levels, ensuring product quality, and supporting smooth lounge operations in compliance with safety, quality, and airport regulations.Key *Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.Inspect incoming goods for accuracy, quality, and damage.Accurately record all received items and update inventory logs.Ensure proper storage of perishable and non-perishable items following FIFO standards.Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding discrepancies or issues.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area and storage rooms.Assist with inventory counts and report shortages or overages.Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely restocking of supplies.Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed (must be trained and authorized).Dispose of packaging materials in accordance with recycling and waste procedures.High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 1 year of experience in a receiving, warehouse, or stockroom role (hospitality or food service industry preferred).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in cold environments.Basic computer skills for logging inventory (knowledge of inventory systems a plus).Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass airport security clearance.Work **Must have flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.****Competitive hourly wagePaid time off and holidaysMeal during shiftAirport parking
