Job ** Were seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of our office. This role plays a key part in maintaining a smooth and productive workplace, supporting both employees and leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing office functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, employee onboarding, and timekeeping. Key *Administrative & Office OperationsOversee general office operations to ensure an efficient and organized environmentServe as the point of contact for internal teams and external vendorsMaintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate service needs as requiredAccounting SupportManage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing and payment trackingReconcile transactions and support month-end reporting with the accounting teamPayroll & TimekeepingProcess employee payroll accurately and on timeMaintain and track employee timesheets, hours worked, and PTO balancesEnsure compliance with payroll policies and labor regulationsHR & OnboardingCoordinate new hire onboarding, including setting up workspaces, tools, and orientationMaintain employee records and assist with HR documentationSupport the team with basic HR tasks such as benefits administration or policy updates as needed*Proven experience in office management, administrative, or bookkeeping rolesStrong understanding of payroll, AP/AR, and HR processesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting/payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto, etc.)Excellent organizational and communication skillsHigh level of attention to detail and confidentiality**Experience in a small to mid-sized business environmentFamiliarity with time-tracking systems or employee scheduling toolsDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individuals skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
