Customer Support SpecialistHybrid / Remote - Leawood, KS Were looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help deliver responsive, accurate support to our customers via phone, email, and live chat. If youre tech-comfortable, detail-focused, and customer-driven, we want to hear from you. This role is heavily remote based with occasional need to be onsite should remote connectivity issues arise.What You’ll **Respond promptly to phone, email, and chat inquiriesTroubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when neededDocument all customer interactions clearly and accuratelyFlag patterns or recurring issues to internal teamsFollow assigned schedule and communicate promptly if changes ariseWhat You’ll *High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred1+ year experience in a call center or customer support environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable with device troubleshooting and multitasking across platformsProficient in Microsoft Office toolsDetail-oriented, adaptable, and team-focusedPay$18/hourSchedule optionsMonday through Friday with possible Saturdays (OT)**** 9a–6p, 11a–8p, or 12p–9p
